I gave them a call and spoke to Chris who was more than accommodating to answer all my questions irrespective of my doubts due to bad customer service with other companies. Then comes Liezel who will answer your emails in a short space of time. She helped me with my orders and even suggested a change of colour so that my design can really stand out on the colour shirt I ordered. They don’t just take your money and run. They’re genuinely there for you.
The team is always more than happy to help or answer all your questions but then came their product which I waited with bated breath for delivery. First of all they got my order done way before time and it was delivered to my door very quickly. The product is AMAZING! The print quality AMAZING! I’m beyond happy. Well done to the OTC Printing fam! You now have to be in business forever so you can always supply us with our orders.
