What is your average turnaround time?
Our average turn around time is generally 5-7 working days but we strive to get your orders out within 1-3 days.
How do I submit my artwork files?
You can send us your files via Google Drive or WeTransfer. It’s best to name your images the same name as your product name, then once we receive the order there is no question what file is needed to print the order.
What are your shipping costs within South Africa?
We generally use Aramex for POD orders which costs R100 for up to 12 tees or The Courier Guy/Pudo. You can setup your own account with them or we can charge you the fee of the courier(we don’t add profit on our courier charges).
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum orders!
Do you offer branding on packaging?
We white label our packages so there is no sign of our company for POD orders. We do place a sticker with washing instructions on the outside of the clear sealed bag we place clothing items in. If you want branding on the parcel we can assist with applying a sticker to it or if you want to send us any items to place in the parcel additionally you are welcome to ship it to us.
How does billing work?
In the beginning of working together we do need payment on your orders before we ship them out. We will invoice you and once payment is made we print and ship your orders out. Once we develop a good relationship and your orders are multiplying then we can look at invoicing you at the end of the week for immediate payment.
